...risen indeed

The theme for swop shop 2011 is ..Risen indeed.

We liked the idea that this reflected the fact that we were meeting at Easter, that Jesus rising again was at the core of our beliefs and that these words are used by Christians around the world on Easter morning.

Below are the ways that the members of EMYC (and their friends!) would greet each other on Easter morning - feel free to leave us a message telling us what you would say to celebrate Christ rising again!

Swop-Shop

What is a Swop-Shop?! A Swop-Shop is a chance for children's workers to come together and share ideas that work in their home country. You bring two ideas with you but you go home with ideas from everyone else that was at the Swop-Shop. It's a great opportunity to meet other children's workers from around Europe and there have been great events in places like Britain, Germany, Russia, Serbia, Hungary and the Czech Republic. We hope that we can host a Swop-Shop again in 2011 so check back to the website soon where we will announce the details!
